Default Getting AFR, Boost and RPM into a laptop

Hi guys,

Just wondered if anyone could recommend any sensors/control modules/software to log and plot my RPM, AFR and Boost pressure on a graph?

I would like to keep a close eye on my fuelling while I add more mods and eventually be able to tweak my own maps when I get a new ECU

I have a version 3 STI RA

Thanks

AFR can be got through Innovate LC-1 and LogWorks software.

Innovate Motor Sports On-Line Store I got one of these from G Goode. Awesome kit.

Rom Raider or ECUExplorer and a Tactrix cable should get RPM.

Thanks for the reply mate, that looks like the exact kind of thing I’m after. Are you able to plot on the AFR and RPM in Ram Raider/ECUExplorer or do you have to use a separate application for both?

Also do you know if it is possible to get boost through the Tactrix cable?

Thanks

RomRaider will be able to log anything your cars sensors can measure (including boost) ... it can also interface directly with the LC-1 to log AFR. All you will need is the Taxtrix cable to connect your laptop to the ODBII port.

RomRaider - Open Source ECU Tools | RomRaider / Download

Have a read of the forums, there is loads of info.

haha no worries, i've just found that out as well

I think i'm going to go for Innovate LM-2 and hook up a MAP sensor and use log works. In combination with some home made det cans, that should give me everything i need to make sure my car is running smoothly and do my own remaps in the future.

Thanks for the help guys, I really do appreciate it
