Question whats the best air filter to fix to 1997 ej20 engine

hi there all
ive got a 1997 classic with ej20 engine and some mods looking to add air intake but so many out there which ones the best and where to buy it from !!

From the countless threads I've seen like this APEXi has been the best available.

stick with the airbox and fit a green or K&N panel filter

Think I remember reading that you need to go for a dry air filter, and from what I've seen on website reviews I think the APEXI performed best.
A lot of people just seem to go for performance panel filters.
