unless you use an after market ecu with custom loom you are looking at the engine, loom and ecu. dash loom and speedo / rev counter.. it might then need linking into other looms which plugs will be different.

Ive had this done and and like JGM said you will need ECU & custom wiring loom, i had an autronics ecu already in my classic but had to be swapped for the autronics sm4 version & it took kev at scoobyclinic about 2 days to do a custom loom my engine is the sti8 typeUK with the forged internals as standard running 420bhp it wont be cheap, SM4 fitted & mapped £1500, custom loom labour costs £35 per hour = £££££ however long it takes

sti v8 motor n underchassis mount straight everything into the classic GC8 body. even the radiator is straight bolt on just minor bracketing. m currently using fibreglass to also mount the guages cluster of the v8 into a v3 dashboard. will post pic soon once all is finish with the conversion
