Coilovers

Coilovers
I have a set of Cusco coilovers fitted to my car, but it looks like they are dead. They're pretty old, and one seems to be ruined.
If i go over the smallest bump is feels like someone is hitting the front right with a sledge hammer, and a very loud banging
So will be needing a change!
I will be using the car on several track days, but also need it soft enough not to knock my teeth out when driving on normal roads.
The best options i can see are either the Apex ones, or Teins.
I want to keep the cost realistic, so have a budget or £600-£700
What would people recommend, and how do those who have them fitted find the ride?
(they need to be height adjustable BTW)

I have the apex and they are good!
On soft they are pretty much like normal springs but still some how stops the car from rolling to much.
On hard they are hard and rock my bones
They worked very well for me at brands that day you was there too and for the price if i was you i would go for them.
I do know that Teins are very good and have been in a car with them on (Peter B) but they seem to be hard all the time?
they all so cost a lot more!
That's my 50 pence then

i have tein coilovers with edc controller cant fault them
as for the knocking i thought that my rhs shock had gone cos when i mounted a curb the same sounded like a hammer hitting the front turned out to be the track rod ball joint had gone

The Teins would probably be my first choice, but after recently spending £3000 on a new engine, £1000+ on new brakes, and £600 on bodywork i'll be getting a divorce if i spend too much more
