TOO LOUD hawk-eye

Hi - 30k service on a 2006 2.5 wrx.
Couple of quick questions:

Spark plug type: PFR6B, or ILFR6B ??? (both NGK's)

Engine Coolant - type?, Grade, Where buy from??? ! (cant seem to find any info on this )

Trans / Diff Oil: is 75w/90 Semi-Syn the one to go for?? and, will any brand do??

Fuel Filter: Does anyone know a part / brand number??

That would be it ! - any help greatly accepted

Plugs have to be long nose ILFR6B for the 2.5 engine.
Not sure about coolant as Subaru insist on using their own special blend.
Trans oil as you've stated.
Fuel filter is located with fuel pump, so a PITA job. Part no. 42072FE030
