iv bought a 2nd hand fuel reg, no idea where to even start

its a 3 port one with a guage, lookin at it straight on it has a pipe at the right hand side and one on the bottom.

where do i connect it up to

RHS fuel in from rails. Bottom is return to fuel tank.
