Default will i need to uprate fuel pump?

an 06 2.5 sti with sports cat, decat, panel filter so do i need to get an uprated fuel pump before the remap? thanks in advance

Not really but if you're getting it remapped why not speak to the person mapping it.

yeh i know that would be best, im just making a list of things to order and people want to know what i want for my birthday, i havent booked the mapping yet.

Well worth it just in case, given that you can get a pump for £80 or as a prezzy. Fitting looks a pretty straightforward DIY job, there are a few guides out there including this one:
JollyGreenMonster.co.uk
Shove it in before your remap, and you won't have to worry about the mapper being constrained by the pump or charging you for fitting a replacement halfway through the job
