Default Fitting a HKS Dump valve?

As above but there is a clamp that holds a pipe on to the OE Dump valve how do you release this clamp so I can fit the bung? Asking to save time so i have the correct tools.

If its the thick pipe that connects to the oem dump valve then all use should need is a big pair of pliers or waterpump pliers would be easier. On mine the clamp had to be squeezed together to open it, its spring loaded. Then just slide it off.
