Default MD 321T Slight Weep On My Oil Feed Inlet!

Ive recently had a Lateral MD 321T overhaulled by Turbo Dynamics but have a very slight weep on the inlet oil feed which has been sensibly torqued. TD have suggested to fit a lower pressure (restricted) oil inlet which was tried but this still does not fix the weep, and it looks like the turbo will now have to be sent back to TD for further investigation. Anyone else had any weeps on their oil inlets on this turbo??

How slight is slight? I am thinking it will eventually seal itself but dont want an engine fire in the mean time? Are these turbos renouned for weeping, as my friend has a Lateral 321 H which also very slightly weeps, how did Scooby Clinic eventually seal your "H" is there anything which can be used like a PTFE sealer??

Thanks

scoobyclinic ordered another feed pipe as i can remember, but even then i think they had trouble with that aswell.the one on my car now is barely noticable its not leaking as such its just as if its damp all the time.

Ive found some of this stuff and may give it a try, although a fit for purpose joint shouldnt need it, not good for such a quality product from a SN sponsor.

Guys, where exactly is the leak from ? is there a problem with the hose, or from the -4 fitting ?

- fittings are designed to self seal, and this is the first time I've been made aware of a problem with this method. I would be very careful about using any sealer, because if the tiniest bit comes loose, it can block the internal oil feed, and destroy the bearing.

If there is a faulty hose, let me know, and I'll replace it.

the leak is directly on top of the turbo were the hose bolts to it.

Ok, I want to narrow this down.

There is an adapter that screws directly into the top of the turbo, and then the hose screws onto the adapter.

Is it leaking from the turbo to adapter, or adapter to hose ?
