i can say now that the wrx can sit with it as i have in my wrx 07 model with the following mods :
full turbo back exhaust and up pipe
exhaust headers un-equal length
standard air box
sti tmic
walbro fuel pump
hks ssqv dump valve
ecutek remap ( before the headers where put on )
short shift gear changer
blob eye wrx sti ppp had the following :
full miltek exhaust system and dump valve as far as i know
3 races 1 after the other and both stayed side by side until about 80 mph and my wrx starting pulling on it

My 03 WRX PPP used to walk all up and down STI's. Not on a straight road, or from a standing start, but along any challenging b-road they didn't stand a chance unless they'd invested in similar chassis/handling mods
