Default Diagnose wheel bearing failure?

My v4 wagon has an occasionally heard scraping noise from the n/s/f wheel on hard turns at lowish speed, and has just started making a clonk almost every time I quickly turn right.

Is this a wheel bearing or something else? And if it IS a wheel bearing, do I need any special equipment to change it, or will normal tools do. If I need a press or a puller or something it'll probably be cheaper and easier to get my local garage to do it.

Cheers!

If you can get it up on the ramps and run it in gear, mine showed the wheel bearing was shot... as you could see the wheel oscillating quite a large amount !
