help pls help help pls help pls help
hi finished rebuilding engine a few weeks back fully forged blah blah blah but noticed slight oil leak from rear of engine ,then it got worse took it to a local expert garage were they said crank seal hadnt been fitted correct so it was leaking, after a new rear crank seal and £££££££ it still got oil leak just as bad ,what could it b now or how much for me to deliver engine to api/sc and get correct diagnosis help pls nearly ready to give up on her cheers

The only "plates" behind the flywheel are the gudgeon pin access plate on No.4 cylinder and the breather/seperator plate on the back of No.3 cylinder.
If you have a plastic breather/seperator plate - they do tend to suffer from hairline cracks around the screwhole's and will leak.

If you bring the engine up, out of the car and it is the rear housing cracked and leaking we will fix it free out of goodwill. Sort of like a fairy godmother.
It'll take mere minutes to do .
