Avg running temp of oil and egt

anyone know the approx running temp of oil and what egt should be

my oil is 85 at the mo winter weather other week was 70-75 hot summer 90

From: Slowly rebuilding the kit of bits into a car...

92 degrees almost everywhere for oil temp., mine has the egt warning set at 800 degrees and it's never reached that yet.
