Way too expesive mate for what it is. The guy who's car you've showed there (a chap by the name of Justin from NZ) changed that setup for an APS FMIC setup after it became clear it was as effective as he thought it was going to be.

Don't bother with it and go down the normal FMIC route.

Wouldn't touch it with a barge poll!

Looks like a cossie 2wd inter cooler with funky ends!

I idea of a radiator is for the air to flow through it nicely not to struggle it being at a crappy angle!

If the Rad don't get the right amount of air then the car will boil up!

My advice would be to stay away from it! IMHO

The problem is the intercooler is too small. Volume wise its about the same as the std TMIC

The car did blow up but not because of the IC

My understanding is on the track a hose let go and it overboosted then det?. Which caused the big end to go.

A V mounted intercooler is what people have on RX7's, from what people said about them they were loads better than a standard fmic... BUT there is room in the engine bay of an RX for this to be done properly.
