Hi
I have a v2 with the slanty wrx intercooler i had a look at these silicone feed pipes are they are worth while upgrade and do they fit to your existing intercooler pipe work to the turbo or do they replace it altogether?

Yes, you have to cut your existing WRX's/Turbo 2000's black plastic pipe about mid way between the two bends, then the long silicone pipe slips over the end of the cut pipe and clamped with a coulple of jubilees.

Obviously, the idea behind it is to do away with the horrible, restrictive-to-airflow, corrugated section of the black plastic feedpipe.

Even better, for similar money, why not simply upgrade to a 2nd hand v.2 Sti silver TMIC - has a slightly bigger rear end-tank and its own smooth metal/silicone feedpipe for 50% better airflow over the WRX's pipe (plus the STi one won't split, either):-
