Twin turbo liberty conversion
Hi I am new to the forum and am after a bit of help
I have just transplanted a 98 model twin turbo engine, g'box and diff into my 2001 liberty RS 2.5 it is running on Vipec engine management.
It is yet to be tuned properly as it goes to the dyno on monday.
Problems i have are, scince dissconnecting the original ECU the fuel gauge reads empty all the time and the temperature gauge goes to full hot after 2mins (even though the vipec says it is running at 90 degrees)
according to the wiring diagram there is a wire from the fuel gauge circuit that goes to the engine ecu. has anyone had this prob before? is there a cure?
