Default RCM Turbo's

Does no-one use the RCM turbo's?

As in these:
Roger Clark Motorsport - RCM Store

Just they don't seem to be too badly priced. Is there a reason for this perhaps?
Would the Garret GT30-32 Turbo 430 bhp be ok on a 2.0L, or faaaar too laggy?

Thanks

This is just the turbo, I guess.
You would need uppipe, downpipe and wastegate as well...

Oh right, you wouldn't just buy that and bolt it straight on, like a MD321T?
