I've had my v3 sti mapped to run 1.2 bar boost and then I run 1.4 on the rare occasion using 65% duty. I think from the sound of the turbo the turbine blades are hitting the housing, i'm replacing it for a straight swap so i'm just wondering if I run the same boost again will I be likely to ruin the turbo again?

I had zero indication that the turbo was on its way out, there was zero smoke on startup or heavy use,and it was always warmed up and cooled down.
