Autoguage boost problem !

It's probably the needle that's rattling, because the air reaching the sensor, via the relatively large vac hose, is too uncontrolled. You need to fit a small restrictor in the vac line (from inlet manifold to gauge) as close to the gauge end as poss. This will have the effect of calming the boost signal and damping the needle's response...

Hi, did you use the fitting kit that came with it? I have the smoke series auto gauge. It's fine, no problems. I used the plastic 'T' that came with it, it has a metal restrictor in it.
