Uprated twin scroll turbos

What larger twin scroll turbos are available for a JDM blobeye as I haven't seen many about? Also what is the vf37 capable with a 3" exhaust, FMIC and a remap? Many thanks.

From: Spec C - 12.5 @ 110(340/350)

Don't bother with a FMIC, it'll do about 350bhp/360lbft.
