which ones and best place to get them from car is a my99 type r thanks

I have a 99 TypeR too... I use the NGK PFR7B... but if your car is only slightly modified, i would suggest NGK PFR6B

As said 6's for standard 7's if modded, the 7's run slightly cooler Got a set from here a couple of weeks ago, he does both

From experience the NGK’s lose their performance quiet quickly, clearly alot depends on a mileage and how far the car is modified. After 3 years I would suggest they would struggle to create a reasonable/useable spark.

Yeah they look ok when i get um out but keeps her running sweet and it does no harm eh

seen specialists service schedules that change every 18k... which seems quite extreme when my subaru manual suggests every 60K .. which i think is about right as the platinum plugs lasts a long time...

whats peoples view on this?
