Default Porting turbo to match up-pipe.

Hi. I've got a new up-pipe and vf43 turbo to fit to my car, do i need to port the turbo to match the up-pipe. The up-pipe is a perfect match to the gasket, but the turbo is way smaller. First pic is up-pipe and second pic is the turbo. If so what tools do i need to do the porting.

Cheers Stuart.
