Default help and advise needed on my wrx

hi people i have a 96 impreza wrx. ive not long ago rebuilt the engine as i bought it with a melted piston, ive changed the piston and de-glazed the bore. since then ive put in a td05h turbo, fmic and remapped ecu. i took it to a rolling road to see what bhp it was, the embarresing thing is its only running 174bhp at the flywheel. it was badly misfiring at 5000rpm which is why we couldnt get a higher bhp reading. the guy said its running low on compression on 1 cylinder. when i de-glazed the bore there was a indent about 15mm from the top, could this cause the prob. aslo its blue smoking. can this be fixed or should i get another bottom end. if so does anyone have one for sale cheap as poss please.

no ideas really except are you sure the spark plugs went in properly (not to be patronising but I just changed the plugs on mine and had terrible misfire afterwards, turned out one wasn't tight as it should have been).

If the bore has any damage it's going to cause compression problems! What do you call cheap for a bottom end?
