I've got a year 2000 uk turbo with a k&n,dump valve and a decat turbo back exaust,i wish to achieve around 300 to 330bhp,i've bought an ab88 top mount and walbro pump ready to be fitted before a remap,just wandering what other mods would be required for this sort of power,cheers

 

you will need to upgrade your turbo to something like a td05 16g or vf35 to get over 300 as the td04 is at it`s limit at around 280ish

 

I think your struggling your power figures even with what you have ?? 330bhp on a tmic is hard work without being on a minimalistic setup

 

TD05 or VF28/34/35 turbo
Ported headers and uppipe
Hybrid fmic
Remap

Might need a fpr too.

The standard turbo is the main restriction since they are only good for 280bhp.
Dont mean to kick you in the *****, but the AB88 tmic you have bought will be no better than the standard tmic.

 

If you dont want to go down the front mount route then the only tmic to have is an STi 7/8/9 item
