classic heater stuck on hot??

hi, my mates V limited classic has a problem with the heater,its stuck on hot,we have tried 2 face panels now(heater controls)and no joy,any ideas?? cheers

look under the passenger foot well by the centre console. when you turn the heater control there is a motor and other bits that should move. check the multiplug to it is in place and thatthe motor works
