classic heads & cams?

classic heads & cams?
ok then, i need some info regards to uk/sti/import heads
i have on my set up, uk heads with the uk cams.
mixing this with sti v4 pistons, seems to be out of since.
know the heads are all about the same, its the cams & valves that are the difference.
know the sti v3/v4 have different valves, something to so with handling the heads heat distibution(filled with something) but did the sti v2 valves have this?
i need to change the heads, but i'm thinking of just changing the cams.
if i can get away with it, i just need to find out:
1) are better than the uk ones on the car
2) uses the same valves as my uk heads
