Default blob eye wrx type uk engine being wierd

its dont it since i had the car and doesnt really effect much its just annoying....

as u accelerate slowly as in not flat out, as the revs come to about 3-4k the engine like judders, then u have to put ur foot down more to get it past that rev range and all is well? its quite strange, if u floor it then theres not problem, just wen driving casualy?

also wen you come to a stop the engine revs drop right down as if its going to stall (hasnt stalled yet tho) but drops to about 500- 600 rpm, and if u rev it on the spot there like a delay from ur foot going down to the engine reving if that makes any sense to any one as it makes non to me lol,
also if its got any thing to do with it, now and again the engine power is down (no cel light on at any point tho) and it accelerates slow with boost and other times it normal and rapid, i havnt got a boost gauge yet to check boost, but seems like some times its down on boost (no leakages tho) and other time (most of the time) its normal boost pressure??

its had a new set of plugs, and is going in for a full service, as poss fuel filter blockage?

if it was anything electrical wouldnt the cel light be on??? any ideas any one?

Had a similar problem with mine (2001 Bugeye WRX) turned out to be the MAF sensor. Mine didnt show a CEL either.

Check for air leaks from the MAF to the turbo, including the dump valve and dump valve pipes.
