Default limits before i need to consider a rebuild?

Im really interested in where i go next with the car long term. current spec:-

2.5 STi engine
Heads machined to suit EJ25
ARP Group N studs
New RCM up rated Oil Pump
Mocom Racing 740 phase 2 injectors
Fuelab adjustable fuel pressure regulator (FPR)
Goodridge braided fuel lines
Mocal 19 row oil cooler with custom mount fittings installed by TSL Motorsport
HKS Equal Length Headers – wrapped
HKS Front Mount Intercooler
TD05 20G Turbo
Complete Revolution / Jetex 3” turbo back exhaust system
Simota induction kit
Simota engine breather system
16 row mocal oil cooler
Goodridge braided fuel lines
Apexi Power FC + controller
6 speed JDM gearbox
lightened billet flywheel
Exedy clutch

Suspension & Brakes
AP Racing 6 pots and 330mm discs, with braided hoses
Brand new AP discs DS3000 pads as spares.
Eibach Pro Kit springs
koni adjustable dampers.
Whiteline Front and Rear ARB, plus Droplinks
Whiteline Anti Lift Kit.

Want to know what im limited to before i need to consider forging the internals replacing the crank/bearings and what power will the gearbox and diffs take before i need to consider replacing them.

Not in any hurry to do anything to the car but I'll be swapping the power fc for a simtek shortly with a day to day map and a track map based on 20% e85.

I'd just like to know so that I can either plan ahead for the changes over the next decade

The current limitation is the engine's internals which are standard EJ257, this is a shame as the original plan was for a 'built' 2.5ltr engine although circumstances didn't allow the previous owner the pleasure. I wouldn't want to run much more than you are at present considering it's use although the engine would respond well to an E85 mix.

Simtek is a good choice, you'll get far better boost control than the Apexi provides and the charge temperature compensation will be good for circuit work. Only thing it lacks is knock control but then you don't have this on the APFC.
Talking of charge temps, the HKS FMIC core you have isn't that efficient and something like the hybrid would provide better efficiency with lower pressure drop.

Replace the Simota filter with the largest K&N you can fit in ensuring it's sealed from the engine bay heat sources, and has appropriate ducting.

Lose the breather set-up you have and fit one that works
