hi all i have a 20g at the moment which is brill when its on boost but i want it to boost up quicker is there anything you can do to make it spool up quicker maybe sumit like thrust bearing ? its just when i want/need to pull off quick i have to rev the car to about 5k to make it move which carnt be good for the gearbox so any ideas

 

upgraded headers will spool up 500rpm quicker or round about that but will need mapping

 

ive already got headers up pipe full exaust system and
aps inlet pipe isnt there anything that could be done to the turbo ?

 

wot does it full boost at. been told the vf35 boost at 2.5k. but vf cant be rebuilt apparently but td series can. i will search an hope to find somethin

 

to be honest mate i only think u can upgrade the turbo. it come down to how big the bell housing is on the exhaust side. the smaller it is the quicker will spool up so think elsewhere has to be adjusted or maybe another remap to so your own spec

ha no i like the top end power from it its boosting 1.5 bar so a simtec for antilag/launch control might be the best route
