4 pot disc extension

4 pot disc extension
Hi all have just bought a scooby and some one has put a extension on the caliper to push it out further and allow to go from 295mm discs to 326mm discs only problem is any discs i can find to replace are different and wont replace my disc as they touch on the caliper.They have allan key nuts all round my discs unsure why and if you measure standard 326mm discs they laying flat on the floor from the floor to the top of the discs measure 54mm in height and mine 59mm can anybody help.
