advise please
right cut along sorry short brought a 95 wrx non runner ,pulled the cambelt covers off ,water pump had siezed and snapped off the idler pulley on the left of the crank pulley and the crank shaft had ripped 8 teeth off the belt cause the belt couldnt move ,anyway fitted a new belt and pulleys timmed up perfect now engine turns over and sounds like it has alot of compression as in not spinning fast but wont run any ideas

Have you had the heads off, or put a scope in to check for interference-related damage?
Could be any number of causes but that'd probably be the first to rule out.
If you want more help would also be useful to know what exactly is happening. Does it fire, at all, for example?

no mate it just seems like its turning over with compression but it doesnt even seem to be trying mite try borrowing a scope tomorrow its just i have done alot of car with snapped cambelts and normally when there f@cked they spin over really fast cause of lack of compression

With 8 teeth missing off the belt, it's a possibility you have suffered valve to valve contact on one of the heads and bent a few valves.
A compression test would narrow it down a bit.
Or it might be something quite simple like a crank sensor fault.

but found some other probs pulled the fuel pipe off and was covered in water pumped some in to a bowl and had a 50/50 mix of water and petrol so that was causing one non start prob and also found that number one coil wasnt sparking so swapped it onto number 3 wiring and it worked so need to find out were the wiring is f@cked on number 1 coil wiring,so hopefully engine is ok just some minor probs
