WHAT GREASE TO USE FOR A CALIPER REBUILD?
WHAT GREASE TO USE FOR A CALIPER REBUILD? I HAVE JUST GETTING MY SEALS FOR MY BRAKE CALIPER THANKS TO BIG RED I AM GOING TO CLEAN THE PISTONS UP BEFORE I PUT THEM BACK IN TO THE BORE I AM GOING TO NEED TO GREASE THEM UP AS WELL AS THE SEALS SO WHAT KIND OF GREASE WILL I NEED CAN YOU USE RED RUBBER GREASE? OR NORMAL GREASE THANKS

You can use the red rubber grease on the seals and the leading edge of the pistons to help get them started on the seals when refitting them back into the caliper housing.
A smear of Copper-slip on the bleed nipple threads could save some grief in the future.
