Default Anybody ever had anything cryogenic frozzen

Looking to get my gearbox done. Has anyone every had this done and where you impressed with the results

would be interesting to know if anyones had it done but i dont think people would notice a difference in having it done, surly? its only making things stronger isnt it?

Yea but if someone is breaking a gearbox all the time and then get this done and has not broke one since. I would say it would be worth it

See this thread and my thoughts regarding cryogenic treatment. My wart joke was poor anyway

The only real world advantage in the reply given by the company that carries out the process is it will increase resistance to fatigue, Most if not all transmission failures on here and in motorsport transmissions/transaxles are due to shock loading and this causes catastrophic failure of components.

Upgrade to a straight cut gear set or 6 speed, I still stand by the thought that you would be wasting money for little or no gain.
