What next for 03WRX
I have a 03WRX with the following mods:
VF34 Turbo
STI intercooler
STI injectors
De cat up pipe
Prodrive sport cat downpipe
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
Re-mapped by Zen
The car has never been rolling roaded, but hope its pushing around 300BHP.
What would be the next step to increase the power further?
I am going to start using the car on the track and will be going to Nuremburg next year.
Do I need to replace the headers?
Will the turbo be restrictive?
Thanks in advance.

If your injectors are 550s - and if Zen has mapped your current mods optimally i.e. for max power - you should be around the 320-340bhp mark already!
What bhp goal are you looking at? This will help with suggestions on what to do next...

Yeah, I'm pretty certain that the OEM New Age STi pinks are 550s.
So with your current mods already remapped then, as said, you should be south of 350bhp anyway!
Why not ring ring Paul and ask him what he thinks the car is putting out (he'll have a good idea)... Or return there and pay £50 +VAT for a dyno run, then you'll know...

if the car has been mapped then surely that was on the rollers? they probably have a copy of ur rolling road saved, ask them if u can have a copy? shud be like 340bhp with them mods!

- Map on the road only and then modify the maps' logs, as necessary (no rollers; no print-out). I'm assuming this is what the OP had done(?)
- Or they can modify the logs on the rollers, and of course give you a dyno print out (£50 +VAT extra).

The car was mapped on the road, I don't think they had the rolling road when I had it mapped.
The car is also running a standard airbox with K&N panel filter, should I change this to a cold air kit?
Brakes are being upgraded in the very near future.

You only need to change it if you want more power than this and/or have no space for it due to fitting a FMIC, for example. In which case you'd need some kind of CAIK running the biggest cone filter (normally a K&N again) that will fit in the available space...
