Can you? Standard bolts - done 1k max I guess... Not sure if they stretch or not

From what I hear (but I could be wrong) standard ones NO not really but aftermarket ones such as APS or something then yes as they are made of high tensile steal and dont stretch.

Yes you can reuse them no problem, certainly with only 1k miles on.
