Default 2003 JDM SPEC C. next power upgrade?

Can anyone help point me in the right direction in what is my next step up in power for my 2003 spec C.
I'm currently Ecutek mapped by Bob Rawle, with a miltek sports cat exhaust system, panel filter change and 3 port solenoid. the speccie has of course equal length manifold and twin scroll VF36 roller bearing turbo, but am unsure of what injectors? 550 or 600cc?. i was hoping to change the induction and keep as much as the standard internals as possible, i.e intercooler and injectors, and then get a tweak of the map.
The car is 353bhp/385ft/lb(on the road) at present. Is it possible to get more torque, or am i looking at just getting a few more horses?

Thanks

Andrew

You may get 10bhp more but not much torque, seen these with 400lbs but its quite rare reallly
Injectors are 550 (565) cc, the next step after this is uprating the injectors and turbo for 400bhp

Your more or less at the max the VF36 can give. You'll have to hybridise the turbo to get any more, even then it might only be another 30 or so bhp, not much more torque.

Not much more can be done on std turbo. Better to leave alone & save up for one big hit: Bigger twin scroll turbo; Injectors; Fueling; Uprated clutch & stiffen up chasis/gearbox & other suspension & braking mods to cope with the bigger bhp.

With similar mods I ran approx 345 bhp/385ft/lb torque on powerstation dyno & 405ft/lb torque another day at DSA dyno. (1.7 bar peak boost with uprated actuator on turbo)

chasis and brakes all taken care of, so no problems there. i have the equivalent powerstation/litchfield AST suspension/ALK n ARB package, and DBA 4000 discs with Carbotech pads. Just thought there maybe an extra 40 or so bhp to be had off the standard turbo and i/c ??
so it would be more expensive than just induction and remap? ....... injectors, turbo and clutch seems excessive to get 400. i thought the vf36 might be worthy of up to 400?? no?

Not a hope on just V-Power. I'm at 370/400 on V-Power plus a third of a bottle of NF. TBH, that feels just right for a road car.

my car is mapped on 97ron, so perhaps a map on 99ron and RCM/KN induction may get 30/40 more bhp??

Your pretty much top end on the turbo, there is no 30-40bhp there, 360 is pretty much tops and your close to that, you probably wont feel much difference.
Your next step would be as stated by rickya is to save up for the 400bhp package and upgrade to that, think its about 3.5k all in.

Tony

PS, its not all about power, my Spec C quite happily outpaced 350bhp new age cars, and that was running 316bhp
