Default Torque settings on pullies and what Anti-freeze

Replacing all my cam pulleys, tensioners and crank pulley, do we have torque settings for them?

Any idea what anti-freeze I need as well?

40nm for the idler pulleys including tensioner pulley
73-83nm for the camshaft pulleys
