Default TYPE R WHEELS

Found a nice set of wheels and was just wondering if they would fit version 3 Type R:
Stud Diameter 100
studs 5
wheel size 18"
wheel width 8.5

Car is lowerd a bit on coilovers? advice please thanks callum
