Default Buying an engine

Hi all,

I'm starting to look into the start of my new project...a CDB for my car.

When buying what should I look out for?

alright mate if you take a look at scoobysmiffs sale in the market place youll see hes selling a

2.5 Short block, Mahle pistons, Carillo K1 rods, new std Subaru crank, 14mm RCMS WRC head stud conversion, top hat super thick liners - it has all been dynamically balanced and is smooth as a babys..barely run it at only 1400 miles

im sure that would be a good start for you overly capable bottom end would be a good place to start if your looking for big power, steve

Thanks for the heads up, I'll go and have a look.

Any tips on what to look for though?
