Big problem with 08 Sti Ecu
Hello for all,
in advance excusme for my english but i'm an italian boy, and in italy i don't have find to solve my problem.
i have an 08 Sti EDM and when i was reflashing with ecuflash, the battery of the pc falling down, and the car was totaly stopped. when i push the start button the green light don't appears.
i have ship my ecu tu tactrix to restore it at the stock parameters, but when the ecu come back,after install, same problems, the green light appears, the car try to start but the fuel pump don't work, i think is an immobilaizer problems because in the new map i don't have the key code for my car, more when i connect and read with ecuflash, the software show my the map, and is an USDM map, when i try to reflash my stock map (i have backup it before), say my impossible because i try to write on a restricted area.
Yesterday i was go with my car to a subaru dealer and he tray to restore my ecu without score, and i have say me to buy another one ecu and another one service box ecu.
in italy i have to pay 1300€ for it, and if is possible i want to restore my ecu and spend that money for more tuning, not for a stupid problem with the ecu.
if i buy an cobb access port i can write on my ecu and solve the problem?
escusme more for my english, i hope you can understand me anyway,and i hope anyone can help me to solve this problems with my car.
Now i was without car from one month, i hope i can use that soon as possible...
