Default Methanol

Can someone explain to me about methanol and E85, are they the same thing? Does methanol come in a bottle like other octane boosters?

methanol comes in different size bottles, but normally 25L or 205L drums

most people add a % to the petrol when filling up, or use it in water injection.

E85 is a biofuel that i think asda or morrisions sells. it is cheaper than normal petrol to buy, but you use more.

again you can add a % to your petrol or run it on 100% e85.

from what i read, you will need bigger injectors with e85 of running 100%

both methanol and e85 will need a remap

power gains from both is good. methanol is around 7-10% with a 10% mix with v-power bhp and lbft, am not sure what e85 is like

E85 is safer, methanol is a poisonous substance so you need to take care
