Have Just had the heat wrap delivered for my new manafold pipes, do i need to soak the wrap in water first or apply dry?
Have tried the dealer but he hasnt answered my emails....Thanks mate!!!!
What i bought :- Turbo Exhaust Wrap..100ft x 2" x 3mm LOTUS on eBay (end time 11-Aug-09 09:59:31 BST)
Help please, cos the car is going in first thing Friday for the fitting..

FWIW, as already said applying wet means once dry it will be really tightly wrapped.
Spray with VHT exhaust paint once finished, helps protect the wrap and semi waterproofs which prevents smelly moments when it's raining..
