2K plus fitting. If buying new.
A good mapper like Andy F or JGM will map well within the safety of your engine and both have lots of experience with the MD321 range.

Running road fuel your looking at 360-370bhp max (but probably nearer the 360bhp), for the turbo, look at Litchfield and their new twin scroll unit (sorry to say that the MD321 isnt a twin scroll unit so you may as well bin that idea 
) as Iain has (or is going to) be releasing his new unit very shortly 
Think the cost of the 400bhp package is around 3.5k all in
