Part number 22794AA010 from your nearest Subaru dealer. Don't get something off eBay, whether new or otherwise, get a genuine one. Last heard the price was around £104 inc VAT.
If I were you I'd still clean the ISCV and give it a quick try prior to ordering the new sensor. Daz may well be right but it's worth ruling out the cheap option before shelling out a hundred quid.

Hi King.
I have a P1 with some mods and had very similar regarding cutting out after giving it sum.
That progressed to cutting out with normal driving, then it really started fooking about.
Took it to RCM and after MC had checked several things that it could have been it ended up being the map sensor (not maff, map) that was progressively getting worse.
I'm not saying that is YOUR problem, because as Daz said yours could be the maff sensor. I had two maff failures and both were instant failings and not progressive. One was only four months old.
Best advice, lose the maff and go maffless like I have. Heard many horror stories of maff failings resulting in many £'s of damage.. I was really lucky!

I like how you say a P1 with some mods SkullFudge?????? I saw your P1 at silverstone and it's a BEAST!!!! It makes my 400 BHP P1 look slow!!
As far as the fault you have described mate, i had exactly the same fault and it was the dreaded MAF sensor. Get one from Subaru ONLY mate, it's not worth the risk of getting second hand. Hope you get it sorted mate.
