Default help with boost plumbing/vac hoses...

Hi,
I recently picked up a 1999 uk turbo which has since turned out to have had a STI V5, VF28 turbo and 440cc injectors fitted which was a nice bonus

However I've found an invoice from a garage saying they thought it was overboosting and turned the boost down to 0.9bar by fitting a bleed valve.

I want to return the boost control to the factory solenoid but don't know how to reconnect everything.

Excuse the terrible picture below but this is the current setup

I assume the thing with the blue plug (has part number 136200-1800 on it) is the boost solenoid? If so, how do I reconnect it to work properly?

Also there's a connection that's open to air? what should this be connected to?

The solenoids/sensors with the blue, black and red plugs are all together on the driver side suspension tower if that helps identify them...

Thanks for any help
Matt

if you do pipe the solinoid back up you will defo over boost as the standard map in the ecu will not handle it with that turbo unit on and you will hit problems, stay as you are untill you ge a remap sorted out and they will repipe it back up, normaly when some 1 puts a turbo like that on and a bleed valve its probabley got a chip on it some where which i personaly would not have
