my guess is the boost pipes are wrong somewhere! check all your piping and even better get a picture up for us to look at

You say you "rebuilt my 99uk turbo", however you then ask a question like this?

You'd really imagine that someone who knows how to rebuild an engine would be able to connect up the ancillaries

Are you sure you know what you're doing

This is the pipe that i dont no where it goes it come off the bottom of the boost solinod that i did connect to the airbox pipe (sorry about my spelling)

and these to vac pipes that where connected on the inlet mani

that connect to this

i have my boost gauge pipe comming off the inlet mani
this is my best but if you could manage to help me put my pipes in the right place and get my boost i would be very greatful lol

the first pic the pipe goes to the boost solinoid by the drivers top mount.

as for the other pipe that needs to be connected to the inlet pipe

If you are running a IK then the bottom pipe in the 1st pic can be left to VTA

I think you are saying that the other two pipes 'where' connected to the manifold so connect them back to where they where, you have 3 connections on the manifold yes? 1 has the boost gauge connectedto it, which leaves 2 for those pipes

Or am i reading you wrongly

turbo chatter can be caused by the vacuum hose not being connected to the nipple on your recirculating valve, mine came off once and i was getting chatter and didnt no why until i found the hose had came off the recirculating valve that comes off the inlet manifold
