phase 1 and 1.5 engines

Phase 1 had turbo with 90degree bend, individual coils on the leads (p1.5 had coil pack in the centre of IM), slightly different inlet manifold. Most of the stuff are interchangable on the phase 1 (<97) and the Phase 1.5 (97/98)
