You got it!
There was a thread on here some time ago by mit. He did eactly that with the headlights in the oven. Then I think they gently pull away no problem.
Just make sure you do it on a low heat and wait longer - you don't wanna be melting the suckers! lol

lol
Not sure what that heat relates to gas mark-wise, but I'd put it on no more than gas mark 4 (or whatever the degC equiv. is).
But I'd also stand over the oven or otherwise you'll go off and do something and forget about them! Set a timer on the oven if it has one and heat it in small timed periods. If no timer on oven, then set an alarm on mobile/microwave, etc.. lol

my recipie for removing crystal foglight lense and sheild to convert to driving lights
preheat oven to 100-120c
when oven is warm place lights (glass facing up) in to oven
set a timer for 5 mins and wait
remove when time has elapsed
carefully prize apart with small flat bladed screwdriver
then mask out the reflector to stop them being damaged when cutting off sheilds
once masked cut off each side of the sheild as close to the base with a dremel type tool but trying not to damage the reflector
realighn lenses on to foglights then place back in the oven for a few mins just to soften sealer
once warmed up, press together to reseal and replce clips
job done
