standard boost is only about 11psi ish on the w6 anyway, what do you mean by turbo booster? as in a bleed valve? try cleaning all boost hoses & boost solenoid through with carb cleaner & give it a ecu reset see jollygreen monsters web site for info on how to do this

and you expected it to run 22psi of boost indefinitely?

if it's a dawes device bleed valve then you must have something that allows you to bypass boost cut. cut is normally about 1.2 - 1.3 bar or about 18-19psi.

if you want your new engine and gearbox to survive then you are better keeping boost at 10 psi. this is standard. unless you are prepared to pay to have some safety features installed then opening the bleed valve is only going to cost you more money.

ok yes this will do this for you. but the reason you are destroying engines is the amount of boost you are running. has the fuel pressure been increased. will the 380cc injectors actually flow that much fuel for 22psi of boost. lean running engines displaying knocking will kill your engine. can you detect knock in your engine, do you run SUL with octane booster in your engine. has the W7 ecu been adjusted t o run on UK fuel? there are so many things you need to do before expecting a fast car. not just a matter of opening up the bleed valve and hoping for the best.

as said mate your best off taking the bleed valve off & put all pipework back to standard otherwise you risk another blown engine & id also look into this chip you says installed in the ecu maybe some pictures so we can see if possible

get a photobucket account. upload your pictures to that. when the picture is uploaded you will see four choices of how to put them into a thread on there. choose the bottom one (IMG Code) and paste the [img] link into your post. for example

quote my post to see how the [img] function works

HTH
