my s/s headers have been cracked for a few months now so i have got my self a standard set of headers and up pipe that i have ported and heat wrapped that i intend to fit this week ,just after any info on best way to do it can i leave the turbo on the car or am i best removing all the lot ,the headers that are on now are all in one with the up pipe

any help guys as i know i could waste a hell of alot of time by messing with the wrong bits my mate has all the tools so thats not a problem just after quickest way to do it car is a 1993 classic td05 turbo

Turbo can stay in place. Just unbolt the downpipe and move back off the studs. Depending on your setup, you may need to move some induction pipework for better access. Undo the up-pipe bolts and then the six nuts that bolt the headers to the heads and off she comes. If it hasn't been off for a while, a good soaking with penetrating oil or WD40 on the nuts beforehand will help.

if the upipe you have on unbolts from the current manifold on the car that would save you alot of time and messing with the turbo as i doubt that has a leak just put your manifold on and bolt the upipe to it!

Turbo will have to be unbolted from the up pipe as the up pipe is part of the s/s headers.
Be careful not to put any strain on the oil feed pipe, as a leak could accur afterwards.
While you are in there check that the oil return pipe is not perished.
Buy all of the gaskets from the dealers, others have been known to leak.
